Information used by Qowsaar
Information you enter may include account and contact details, business profiles, products, sales, expenses, customer and supplier balances, payments, reports and settings. Basic device and usage information may be used to operate, protect and improve the app. Your app PIN is kept on your device, rather than in cloud business records.
Why we use it
We use information to provide business tools, calculate records and reports, apply your preferences, secure accounts and provide support. Qowsaar does not sell business records. We may process information to provide the service and meet applicable obligations.
Access and service providers
Access to a shared business is based on membership and permissions. Service providers may process information as needed to operate authentication, hosting, communications and backups. If you export or share a report, you control its recipient. We may disclose information when required by law.
Storage, retention and your choices
Qowsaar is designed to work locally and synchronize eligible records when a verified cloud account and connection are available. Records are kept while needed to provide the service or for applicable obligations. Account deletion is reviewed and may require separate handling for shared-business records, device copies, exports and backups; immediate removal from every copy is not promised.
